You don't need to tell us, we know this video has been posted all over the place already, but we love Norah and this new album, so we felt obliged to post here as well. The Fall, Norah's newest effort, is a somewhat somber, storybook album with songs of love-loss, dreamlike states of mind and most notably, a desire to 'get back to Manhattan.' Norah Jones by no means departs from what made her famous though -- her beautiful song structures, great production and her unwavering-singing-perfection are ever-present. We like this album. A lot. It creeps up on you when you are least expecting it -- you never choose to listen to it, it chooses you. The jury is still out on the whole 'sailing building,' but Norah looks amazing and that's enough enjoyment for these scallywags.

The Fall drops Nov. 17 on Blue Note Records and is a must have of 2009.
