David Bryne, Santigold and Fatboy Slim Release New Track

David Bryne, Santigold and Fat Boy Slim -- " Please Don't" (available for website only download and stream."

If you are an avid David Byrne fan, and even if you are not (you should be!) you probably know that he has been in collaboration with Fat Boy Slim, both huddled behind closed doors walking through Byrne's "arboretum" of a brain; the final goal, a new Byrne record titled, Here Lies Love, which releases on Feb. 23 via Todomundo/Nonesuch (according to P4K). Though shedding the Eno/Byrne Everything That Happens-Topspin-model of full album stream, Byrne is staying somewhat true to form, only offering the new track "Please Don't" for download via his website (with email address.) Regardless, with big hitter names such as the one's above, it was a non-issue to generously send our email address into the oblivion of The Internets.

The new track is...interesting to say the least, but respectable none-the-less.
