[mp3] YAWN: "Kind of Guy"
Although we deride "neon, wolves, triangles and headbands" in our twitter profile, we're making an exception this morning for Chicago collective Yawn, who debuted their first video for "Kind of Guy" today on Pitchfork. Yawn falls into the burgeoning ranks of tropical-infused summer indie-pop (see: The Drums), but their catchy little ditty stuck with us this morning. We never managed to catch Yawn while they were in NY post SXSW, but we're pretty sure they'll be back fairly soon.
