Real Estate: "Talking Backwards"

Despite our very real state of being quite over this band for the past few years, Real Estate's new tune "Talking Backwards" is quite excellent, recalling the best parts of their previous work while adding warmer colors, getting away from the horrible beach rock thing and sounding even a little bit like our favorite Philadelphian Kurt Vile.
