Violens Dominate CMJ - Release New Video

Violens were hands down one of the standout, must-see acts of this year's CMJ, so much so, that it was almost impossible to literally fit all the people into Pianos to see them during one of Forcefield PR's three stacked showcases. Today they drop their video for "Violent Sensation Descends" directed by Alejandro Cardenas, described in the PR as: "reminiscent of the 70's Italian horror films of Dario Argento... a nice macabre little treat for Halloween." Violens' highly anticipated debut full-length Amoral, comes out November 9 on Friendly Fire Recordings. Damn, we love those Friendly Fire kids! They have also signed The Concretes, whose new album (also 11/9) is excellent. More to come on that record soon.
