One of our CMJ favorites who has proven to have some staying power is BK-based Spires. Channeling neo-psych standouts like Tame Impala and Jaguar Ma - Spires have the potential to rise above the blog-core with one sharply crafted hit. Not sure if Candy Flip is exactly that tune, but it's certainly enough to turn some heads.
