My #5 artist of 2009, Sam Roberts, is back again, this time under the moniker Sam Roberts Band. Gearing up to release, Collider on May 10th via Zoe/Rounder Records, Roberts & Company work out distinctive roots-rock grooves with a surprisingly UK feel (they are Canadian.) After the release of their record, the band heads out on a nice headlining tour. Available for download and stream above is the newest track from Collider titled, "The Last Crusade."
