Grovesnor Debut Album: 'Soft Return'
Wanted to share with you this glossy and highly intoxicating new track from Grovesnor, the solo project from Hot Chip drummer Rob Smoughton. While we're always wary of drummers fronting as, um, front-men, what we've heard of Smoughton's project is filled with tasty echoes of 1980s pop touchpoints such as Steve Winwood, Hall and Oats, and Steely Dan. Soft Return comes out on May 25th via Lo Recordings.
