New Radiohead Single, Support the Royal British Legion

Harry Patch, from LA Times.

So, yeah, there is a new Radiohead single available for download here on their website, titled "Harry Patch (In Memory of)" for one British pound. Patch was 111 years-of-age when he passed and served in WWI. Quite a cool dude. All proceeds go toward support of the Royal British Legion, in which Patch was a member. You can pay that, not sure of the exchange rate, $1.75, and be a hero or you can just keep clicking play on the streaming player to continually hear 30 seconds of the song at a time and be an asshole. The song is well, nice -- that's the best way to describe it. It's a classical piece with Thom Yorke crooning over strings, but a bit one dimensional. Hear for yourself.
