A lovely group from Sweden called Fredrik, will be playing this Saturday night at Pianos. I know it seems like we keep repeating the same adjectives "wintry" "autumnal" "indie-folk" - but it's fuckin' cold, rainy, and cloudy and these songs just sound really great right now ok??
No matter what your mood or mindset, Fredrik are great, and certainly worth the trip to Pianos on Saturday night. Make sure you stay away from the meat market upstaris though, as it serves as the weekend home of all those little Murray Hill prepsters who decide to "slum it" on the Lower East Side for the night. Stay in the warm embrace of Fredrik downstairs instead.
